Self-Referral and Consultation
If you can feel life becoming too much, you are always welcome to self-refer to one of our VIP guided retreats. Each visit is carefully tailored to your specific needs. Contact Melinda Beckett-Hughes for a confidential, no obligation consultation covering everything from your feelings and symptoms through to practicalities like travel, accommodation and dietary requirements.
Treatment Programme
After your initial conversation, Melinda will personally design a programme that takes into account the specific circumstances of either yourself (for self-referrals) or your colleague (for company referrals). Specialists such as PTSD counsellors and career and relationship advisors will also provide valuable input.
Once the programme is confirmed, simply agree a start date and make your way to Ayuda Retreats. Melinda will greet each guest personally and help you to settle in with a full orientation.
