There are times in life when we all want to hide away from the world - and when living with mental and emotional difficulties can become overwhelming.  Here at Ayuda, we encourage you to retreat from the world, in our “home from home" in the sun - enabling you to focus fully on your own wellbeing through transformational coaching, with the help of Melinda and her team of trusted professionals.  Every retreat is tailored to individual needs and preferences and the illustrative schedule below may be started before you actually come on retreat. 


If we find ourselves at a crossroads in life that is forced upon us through circumstances, such as divorce, bereavement or redundancy for example, it can cause undue pressure on our minds and bodies. At Ayuda, we invite you to step back, work through your issues with the help of appropriate counselling and holistic practitioners, relax and recuperate - and most importantly, get to the root of the issues that have made you feel unwell.
